Marilyn Cole  I am a full time student at Montgomery County Community College, pursuing a secondary education degree in communication design, and a possible dual certification in technology, art, or Earth Science. I started drawing when I was about 6 years of age and I've never stopped. I am currently a Gallery Moderator on the world's largest online Art community, DeviantART, in the gallery of Anthro. Upon joining deviantART I began to really grow and learn in my art knowledge and aquire new skills through interacting with the many site members there. Fantastic role models such as Jeri Weaver  (Daqueran), Kay Fedewa (The Black Blood Alliance) and Tracy J, Butler (Lackadaisy) have had such great advice for me as I am developing my presence here in the web comic community. I would eventually like to get 5 Days A Week published in either a newspaper, or even a comic book. I have a long way to go, but the support I get from such wonderful people keeps me moving forward.

I grew up in the suburban town of Riviera Beach Maryland for the first ten years of my life, and I moved to Royersford Pennsylvania since then. Life was tough being the new kid on the block, but upon entering my seventh grade year, my life was impacted by the inspiring teachers I had. These people had such an impact, that they somehow became a creative outlet for me, and after all of these years of drawing, illustrating, and even animating; I've finally put together what defines the most enjoyable school year in my career as a student. For many of you, this comic will bring back what we remember most from our school days, and that is my intention.

I enjoy meeting new people, exploring unique and interesting artwork, and educating others with the art knowledge I acquire as I continue to grow as an artist myself. I am currently a Sophomore in Community College, pursuing a Secondary Education degree (7th-12th grade teaching) but this is only a back-up plan for my real aspirations.
I hope to one day take my work to the big screen in full-length animated features, and I hope to continue the authenticity of Traditional Animation as a Director, Concept Artist, or whatever comes my way.
